Business function
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Is the key contact for major customers
Implement and apply a business strategy for the Business Unit
Maintain the turnover with major customers
Optimize and create business opportunities with existing customers
Grow the customers portfolio within his scope
Participate to events
Participate to the marketing strategy
Ensure customer satisfaction
Onboard new customers
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Ensure that the right processes are implanted for each major customers
Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices.
Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
Prepare bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts.
Administrative function
Attend weekly meetings with the Head of Sales at least once a week
Generate reports on activity (based on the KPI given by the HoS)
Update the CRM on a daily basis
Attend Quarter Report Summit
Support for invoicing and accounting if necessary
Quality support
Manage negative feedback from customers with the production team
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes

Master Degree in business or engineering
Fluent in English
At least one experience abroad
