Do you need to translate confidential documents or documents containing sensitive information? Do you want to be sure that they are safe? We can encrypt your documents to ensure their security throughout the translation process.

Powerling offers several methods of email encryption:

  • Over time, we can set up a TSL/SSL encryption system between your company and Powerling via a certificate.
  • On an ad hoc basis, we can provide you with encryption software so that your attachments are protected at all times in AES 128, 192, or 256 bits.

In addition, we archive all of our clients' projects on our secure internal servers for a minimum period of 24 months and these archives are accessible at any time. If you wish, we can make your most recent projects available to you for several months in a personal and secure space.

WebBased LookUp is an online platform that allows users to search for a word, segment, or phrase in their own translation memories (TMs) and terminology databases (TBs). The search results not only show the translations, but also the domain and context of the documents.

Thanks to this format, all your product descriptions and web pages to be translated are sent to our server in one click via your content management system. Our translators then receive a notification that there is content to be translated online. Once completed, the translations are sent directly to your database and are ready to be published.
